General warranty conditions
The factory warranty, covering Rotor-Vent devices, is given for a period of 24 months (after signing a service agreement the warranty may be extended to 60 months) from the date of sale of the Device. The warranty period is extended by the time of repair. The duties of the guarantor are performed by the Guarantor or an Authorised Service Partner at the Guarantor's request.
Fault report form
In response to a report, a service worker will contact the person named on the card to establish the details of the incident and agree a possible form and date for the service work.
